Avo great day


It's lunch time and you are starving. If it was not for you colleague who is sitting next to you, you would probably be half way busy chewing your ruler by now. Well today that won't be necessary.

Here is a quick and so so easy Avo toast for lunch.

What you will need:
1/2  an avo
1 slice of sourdough toast
salt and pepper
sprinkle of chia seeds ( you never can go wrong with chia seeds )

All you do is simple. Put everything together, and there you have it, a healthy lunch. This will keep you full and satisfied until dinner time ladies. You can enjoy this with a big cup of cappuccino.
