Ladies it's that time of the year again!. All you get to read on your Instagram feed is "it;s a new year, new me' kind of stuff  but they still sit with the same sh*t. Okay so we started with a new year about two weeks ago.The first week went well, we drank our 2 liters of water a day,we did our squads and ate that tasteless vegetables. We wrote down our goals and plans for 2018. Mmmhh this is a tricky question, because we all know some men can take it the wrong way and think you want to break-up, not see him again blah blah blah. Quick and easy breakfast

It's morning again and you are hungry. First we need coffee of course ! followed by a healthy,delicious and oh so cheap breakfast. What you will need: 4 strawberries chopped ( or any fruit of your choice) 1/4 full cream Greek yogurt 1/4 granola cereal ( have a look out for the sugar content in the granola! the less, the best) so what you basically do is whip the 3 ingredients together. Easier than this you won't get. hope you enjoy it friends ! fun fact: Greek yogurt contains enough probiotics to keep you out of the doctors waiting rooms. xxx K

Hello my beautiful friends, Topic of the day: Dieting ( nobody got time for that) and I'm not talking about the food diet. Today we are going to be discussing the holy grail of all holy grails: dieting. Summer is around the corner and we all want that toned summer body, we only have a couple of months left so what are we going to do ? Starve ourselves, sleep in the gym so that we don't waste our  precious time on other things, when we could be working on our booty. Let's start over series. What are weekends for to catch up on that overload of work, read the last page of the book you wanted to finish since December, bake that new recipe you found on pinterest or just to lay back and take in the moment of doing nothing for the first time this week. Don't you think our lives got to busy? When last did you really do something and not worrying about the loads of laundry that is waiting for you at home or the consent anxiety of  what happens next. I personally think our generation try to fit everything in our schedule just to get things done but we all know we can't handle the stress and that is why we are left with sleepless nights, overeating ourselves on cheat days, shouting at the take-away menus for not having skinny fries in stock. Yes we all want a relationships which we feel 'safe' and by that I mean we know what tomorrow holds for our relationship. But on the other hand we want a relationship that excites us, that is not so safe. Ladies we are made for excitement something thrilling and fabulous at all time.
