Let's start over series

Let's start over series.

What are weekends for to catch up on that overload of work, read the last page of the book you wanted to finish since December, bake that new recipe you found on pinterest or just to lay back and take in the moment of doing nothing for the first time this week.

Don't you think our lives got to busy? When last did you really do something and not worrying about the loads of laundry that is waiting for you at home or the consent anxiety of  what happens next. I personally think our generation try to fit everything in our schedule just to get things done but we all know we can't handle the stress and that is why we are left with sleepless nights, overeating ourselves on cheat days, shouting at the take-away menus for not having skinny fries in stock. Whe need to come to terms and start realizing that we are not superwomen or man when it comes to living life. There is a reason why your phone has a silent button and that you have a planner on your phone because we need to plan better and stop overloading ourselves.
