  Healthy living with keto muffins   Where do you start, what do you take and what do you leave behind … these days there is so many diets. Yep for sure with no doubt ! Hello my beautiful people.. Have you ever thought how your mornings would be without coffee? Honestly I'm to scared to think about it, because without my coffee I feel like I cannot function right and I'm mean like seriously. Some people may say Green tea is a better option if you want to wake up and feel refreshed and blah blah blahhhhh, but me on the other hand says srew green tea and all it;s health benefits I will drink my cup of green tea after I had  my 8 cups of coffee to help me get started for the day ( okay not eight maybe just seven. It's my new years resolution to drink less coffee  ). So with that said. I hope you are sitting with a big cup of coffee while reading this. Ladies it's that time of the year again!. All you get to read on your Instagram feed is "it;s a new year, new me' kind of stuff  but they still sit with the same sh*t. Okay so we started with a new year about two weeks ago.The first week went well, we drank our 2 liters of water a day,we did our squads and ate that tasteless vegetables. We wrote down our goals and plans for 2018. Quick and easy breakfast

It's morning again and you are hungry. First we need coffee of course ! followed by a healthy,delicious and oh so cheap breakfast. What you will need: 4 strawberries chopped ( or any fruit of your choice) 1/4 full cream Greek yogurt 1/4 granola cereal ( have a look out for the sugar content in the granola! the less, the best) so what you basically do is whip the 3 ingredients together. Easier than this you won't get. hope you enjoy it friends ! fun fact: Greek yogurt contains enough probiotics to keep you out of the doctors waiting rooms. xxx K
