  Healthy living with keto muffins   Where do you start, what do you take and what do you leave behind … these days there is so many diets. No wonder people get confused, for instance you have the keto one (basically an undercover banting diet) then you have the military diet, one egg for breakfast, one toast for lunch and an apple for dinner, does not that just sound filling to you. Ladies it's that time of the year again!. All you get to read on your Instagram feed is "it;s a new year, new me' kind of stuff  but they still sit with the same sh*t. Okay so we started with a new year about two weeks ago.The first week went well, we drank our 2 liters of water a day,we did our squads and ate that tasteless vegetables. We wrote down our goals and plans for 2018. Hello my beautiful friends, Topic of the day: Dieting ( nobody got time for that) and I'm not talking about the food diet. Today we are going to be discussing the holy grail of all holy grails: dieting. Summer is around the corner and we all want that toned summer body, we only have a couple of months left so what are we going to do ? Starve ourselves, sleep in the gym so that we don't waste our  precious time on other things, when we could be working on our booty. What if I told you that you are living in a fantasy if you think that's how your going to achieve your goal, your starved body with that fine ass is going to stay with you after summer. Let's start over series. What are weekends for to catch up on that overload of work, read the last page of the book you wanted to finish since December, bake that new recipe you found on pinterest or just to lay back and take in the moment of doing nothing for the first time this week. Don't you think our lives got to busy? When last did you really do something and not worrying about the loads of laundry that is waiting for you at home or the consent anxiety of  what happens next. I personally think our generation try to fit everything in our schedule just to get things done but we all know we can't handle the stress and that is why we are left with sleepless nights, overeating ourselves on cheat days, shouting at the take-away menus for not having skinny fries in stock. Whe need to come to terms and start realizing that we are not superwomen or man when it comes to living life.
