#Monday Mindset 
Let it all go and just let it be.

Unfortunately you can not change the way life goes, but what you can change is your state of mind my dear. Yeah sometimes things get to you and you want to scream into your pillow until you fall asleep ( nobody said you can't ) or maybe you want to switch off all the lights in your apartment and just let the candle give you some light. Okay maybe your half way down the stairs on your way to McDonald's to get yourself a happy meal, because let's face it .This Monday is a bit*h ( the best ones are ). After you have done all these little things to make you feel better, remember this one thing : It's okay to LET IT GO. It's really okay. So what he didn't call or the scale did not show you what you wanted to see. You need to remember you are still learning and nobody came with a manual into this life. Let the scale and the fu*ckboy be motivation to put yourself first. It's okay to love yourself first. you need to love yourself first otherwise people will show you how NOT to love yourself. Be contempt in your mind and believe that where you are right now, it's okay to be there but tomorrow we are going to be better.

Let it go and just let it be.
