Lunch Ideas


Yummy Chicken ! and oh so easy to prep for work 

What you will need:
1 chicken breast
some rocket
tomatoes
cucumber
salt and pepper
paprika
balsamic vinegar and olive oil ( healthy replacement for a salad dressing)
chia seeds ( so so soo good for you with many health benefits)

Chuck it all together with the steamed chicken breast and prep your lunch for the week. It's going to save you money and time.
Have one fruit with it (apple,mango,banana) try to eat your last fruit before 15h00 in the afternoon, because it contains sugar. (natural sugar of course )
